Способ мокрой очистки дымовых газов от твердых и токсичных элементов, включающий поток отходящих дымовых газов, проходящий через эмульгатор, который выполнен в виде кассетной сборки из круглых труб-насадок конечной длины, с расположенными в каждой трубе завихрителями дыма и системой подачи воды на стенку трубы, отличающийся тем, что эмульгаторы располагают в линии очистки последовательно, один для золоочистки, второй для абсорбции окислов серы, азота, третий для поглощения двуокиси углерода, где эмульгаторы выполнены в виде набора бесшовных труб из прочных износостойких сплавов титана, с соотношением длины и диаметра (10-15), при скорости газового потока в пределах (8-10) м/с при удельном расходе воды (0,25-0,50) л/м.A method for wet cleaning of flue gases from solid and toxic elements, including a stream of exhaust flue gases passing through an emulsifier, which is made in the form of a cassette assembly of round pipe nozzles of finite length, with smoke swirls located in each pipe and a water supply system to the pipe wall, characterized in that the emulsifiers are arranged in a cleaning line sequentially, one for ash treatment, the second for absorption of sulfur oxides, nitrogen, the third for absorption of carbon dioxide, where the emulsifiers are made in the form of a set pipes made of durable wear-resistant titanium alloys, with a ratio of length and diameter (10-15), with a gas flow rate in the range of (8-10) m / s at a specific water flow rate (0.25-0.50) l / m.
