Способ уничтожения отравляющих веществ кожно-нарывного действия длительного хранения в водно-щелочной среде в условиях гетерофазного катализа в присутствии гидроксида щелочного металла, катализатора межфазного переноса (N,N,N-триалкил-N-бензиламмоний хлорид) и дихлорамина с образованием сокатализатора (продукты щелочного гидролиза дихлорамина) при взаимодействии гидроксида щелочного металла и дихлорамина, отличающийся тем, что уничтожение проводят с увеличением загрузки дихлорамина от 15% до 20%.
