Способ получения износостойкого покрытия для режущего инструмента, включающий вакуумно-плазменное нанесение покрытия, отличающийся тем, что наносят износостойкое покрытие из нитрида или карбонитрида титана, кремния, алюминия, ниобия и хрома при их соотношении, мас. %: титан 57,12, кремний 0,85, алюминий 9,46, ниобий 20,89, хром 11,68, при этом покрытие наносят расположенными горизонтально в одной плоскости тремя катодами, первый из которых выполняют из сплава титана, кремния и алюминия, второй - составной из ниобия и хрома и располагают противоположно первому, а третий изготавливают из титана и располагают между ними.A method of obtaining a wear-resistant coating for a cutting tool, including vacuum-plasma coating, characterized in that a wear-resistant coating of titanium nitride or carbonitride, silicon, aluminum, niobium and chromium is applied in their ratio, wt. %: titanium 57.12, silicon 0.85, aluminum 9.46, niobium 20.89, chromium 11.68, while the coating is applied horizontally in the same plane by three cathodes, the first of which is made of an alloy of titanium, silicon and aluminum the second is composed of niobium and chromium and is opposite to the first, and the third is made of titanium and placed between them.
