Abstract
Способ химической очистки и дезактивации контуров исследовательских и энергетических реакторов, охлаждаемых водой под давлением, водными растворами оксиэтилидендифосфоновой (ОЭДФ) кислоты, отличающийся тем, что обработку контура в сборе осуществляют 5÷20%-ными растворами ОЭДФ кислоты, нейтрализованными до величин рН 2,0÷2,9 аммиаком, или калиевой, или натриевой щелочью при температурах 55÷95°C, а по достижению постоянного значения величины рН (что соответствует окончанию процесса растворения рыхлой части железоокисных отложений) в контур вводят при циркуляции концентраты калиевой или натриевой щелочи или аммиака для создания в растворе величины рН 8,0÷8,5.The method of chemical cleaning and decontamination of the circuits of research and power reactors, cooled with water under pressure, with aqueous solutions of hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic (OEDP) acid, characterized in that the complete circuit is treated with 5-20% OEDP solutions of acid, neutralized to pH 2.0 ÷ 2.9 ammonia, or potassium, or sodium alkali at temperatures of 55 ÷ 95 ° C, and upon reaching a constant pH value (which corresponds to the end of the dissolution of the loose part of the iron oxide deposits) into the circuit in odyat while circulating concentrates potassium or sodium hydroxide or ammonia in solution to create a pH 8.0 ÷ 8.5.
