Abstract
1. Способ местной термообработки сварных соединений лопаток с диском блиска, полученных линейной сваркой трением, при котором выполняют нагрев сварного соединения в пределах интервала температур T-Tпропусканием через него электрического тока с закреплением токоподводов с разных сторон относительно сварного шва, причем во время термообработки измеряют температуру поверхности сварного соединения и в зависимости от ее величины регулируют температуру нагрева сварного соединения изменением силы тока.2. Способ местной термообработки сварных соединений лопаток с диском блиска по п.1, отличающийся тем, что пропускание электрического тока осуществляют с закреплением одного из токоподводов на технологическом напуске лопатки во избежание прижогов на профиле окончательно обработанной лопатки.3. Способ местной термообработки сварных соединений лопаток с диском блиска по п.1, отличающийся тем, что термообработку сварного соединения осуществляют переменным током с тиристорным регулированием силы тока.4. Способ местной термообработки сварных соединений лопаток с диском блиска по п.1, отличающийся тем, что измерение температуры поверхности сварного соединения производят термопарой или пирометром.5. Способ местной термообработки сварных соединений лопаток с диском блиска по п.1, отличающийся тем, что максимально допустимую температуру нагрева Tустанавливают из условия сохранения мелкозернистой структуры сварного соединения, а минимально допустимую температуру Tнагрева устанавливают из условия снятия остаточных сварочных напряжений.1. The method of local heat treatment of welded joints of blades with a blisk disk according to claim 1, characterized in that the maximum allowable heating temperature is set from the condition that the fine-grained structure of the welded joint is preserved, and the minimum allowable heating temperature T is set from the condition for removing residual welding stresses.
