Abstract
Устройство для измерений дебита продукции нефтегазодобывающих скважин, содержащее входной трубопровод, газожидкостной сепаратор (далее - сепаратор) с поплавком, трубопровод отводящий газ из сепаратора (далее - газовый трубопровод), на котором установлены высокопредельный счетчик газа и двухпозиционный пневмоуправляемый клапан (далее - клапан) с фиксаторами положения («открыто» - «закрыто») и с мембранной (или поршневой) камерой (далее - камера), трубопровод, отводящий жидкость из сепаратора (далее - жидкостной трубопровод), оборудованный высокопредельным счетчиком жидкости и таким же клапаном, а также выходной трубопровод с газовым стояком, причем надмембранные (минусовые) полости камер обоих клапанов пневматически связаны с этим газовым стояком, отличающееся тем, что к верхней полости сепаратора пневматически подключен входной канал переключающего устройства, имеющего три выходных канала, механически, через рычажный механизм, связанного с поплавком, причем один выходной канал этого устройства пневматически подключен к подмембранной полости камеры клапана на газовом трубопроводе, второй выходной канал пневматически подключен к подмембранной полости камеры клапана на жидкостном трубопроводе, а третий выходной канал пневматически подключен к газовому стояку на выходном трубопроводе.A device for measuring the flow rate of oil and gas production wells, containing an inlet pipeline, a gas-liquid separator (hereinafter referred to as the separator) with a float, an exhaust gas pipeline from the separator (hereinafter the gas pipeline), on which a high-limit gas meter and a two-position pneumatically controlled valve (hereinafter referred to as the valve) are installed with position locks (“open” - “closed”) and with a membrane (or piston) chamber (hereinafter referred to as the chamber), a pipeline that discharges liquid from the separator (hereinafter referred to as a liquid pipeline), equipped with a co-limiting liquid meter and the same valve, as well as an outlet pipeline with a gas riser, and the supmembrane (minus) cavities of the chambers of both valves are pneumatically connected to this gas riser, characterized in that the input channel of the switching device having three output channel, mechanically, through a lever mechanism associated with the float, and one output channel of this device is pneumatically connected to the submembrane cavity of the valve chamber on a gas In the pipeline, the second outlet channel is pneumatically connected to the submembrane cavity of the valve chamber in the liquid line, and the third outlet channel is pneumatically connected to the gas riser in the outlet line.
