Abstract
1. Диагональный вентилятор, включающий цилиндрический корпус, электродвигатель, рабочее колесо с диагональными лопатками, направляющий коллектор и спрямляющий аппарат, отличающийся тем, что рабочее колесо его выполнено в виде двух усеченных конусов, жестко соединенных между собой с помощью диагональных лопаток, а направляющий коллектор выполнен в виде сопла Лаваля, аэродинамически сопряженного с верхним торцом наружного усеченного конуса, при этом на нижнем торце внутреннего конуса установлена ступица с дисками, с помощью которых рабочее колесо крепится на валу электродвигателя.2. Диагональный вентилятор по пункту 1, отличающийся тем, что в рабочем колесе применены листовые лопатки с выходным углом в пределах 84-115°, переменным по радиусу высоты лопатки.3. Диагональный вентилятор по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что цилиндрический корпус его выполнен в виде двух разъемных секций, внутри которых последовательно установлены вдоль по потоку: направляющий коллектор, рабочее колесо и спрямляющий аппарат с электродвигателем.4. Диагональный вентилятор по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что узлы крепления электродвигателя внутри цилиндрического корпуса выполнены совместно с радиальными лопатками спрямляющего аппарата, при этом радиальные лопатки переднего узла крепления расположены под острым углом к набегающему потоку, в то время как радиальные лопатки заднего узла крепления электродвигателя расположены параллельно набегающему потоку и установлены с наклоном к продольной оси цилиндрического корпуса.5.
