Устройство для получения и хранения атомарного водорода, включающее реактор, работающий на разложении воды твердым реагентом, анод, катод и магистрали с арматурой для ввода исходного сырья в реактор и вывода из него водорода и продуктов реакции, отличающееся тем, что в качестве твердого реагента выбран нанодисперсный углерод, размещенный на поверхности анода в воде между анодом и катодом, на магистрали вывода водорода из реактора установлены электромагнит с блоком управления магнитной индукцией и аккумулятор водорода с углеродными нанотрубками, устройство также содержит регулятор подводимой к реактору электрической мощности в зависимости от температуры нанодисперсного углерода в прианодном пространстве и заданного программой темпа получения водорода.
