Устройство для получения и хранения атомарного водорода, включающее реактор, работающий на разложении воды твердым реагентом, анод, катод и магистрали с арматурой для ввода исходного сырья в реактор и вывода из него водорода и продуктов реакции, отличающееся тем, что в качестве твердого реагента выбран нанодисперсный углерод, размещенный на поверхности анода в воде между анодом и катодом, на магистрали вывода водорода из реактора установлены электромагнит с блоком управления магнитной индукцией и аккумулятор водорода с углеродными нанотрубками, устройство также содержит регулятор подводимой к реактору электрической мощности в зависимости от температуры нанодисперсного углерода в прианодном пространстве и заданного программой темпа получения водорода.A device for the production and storage of atomic hydrogen, including a reactor operating on the decomposition of water by a solid reagent, an anode, a cathode and lines with valves for introducing feedstock into the reactor and removing hydrogen and reaction products from it, characterized in that nanodispersed is selected as a solid reagent carbon placed on the surface of the anode in water between the anode and cathode; an electromagnet with a magnetic induction control unit and a hydrogen accumulator with carbon nan tubes, the apparatus also comprises a controller supplied electric power to the reactor depending on the temperature nanodispersnogo carbon in the anode space and the predetermined program hydrogen production rate.
