Способ импульсно-дуговой сварки плавящимся электродом алюминиевых сплавов большой толщины двусторонним швом, включающий формирование X-образного профиля свариваемых кромок, причем каждая из кромок содержит центральный линейный участок, соединенный дугообразными участками с наклоненными линейными наружными участками, выполнение многопроходной сварки с утолщением шва, отличающийся тем, что дугообразный участок выполняют радиусом R=(0,30÷0,50)β, толщину центрального линейного участка выполняют в пределах c=(0,05÷0,10)β, а расстояние от границы утолщения шва до свариваемых кромок составляет b=(0,1÷0,4)β, где β - толщина свариваемых кромок.A method of pulsed-arc welding with a consumable electrode of large-thickness aluminum alloys with a double-sided seam, including the formation of an X-shaped profile of the edges to be welded, each of the edges containing a central linear section connected by arcuate sections with inclined linear outer sections, performing multi-pass welding with a thickening of the seam, characterized in that the arcuate section is performed with a radius R = (0.30 ÷ 0.50) β, the thickness of the central linear section is performed within c = (0.05 ÷ 0.10) β, and the distance from the border the thickness of the weld to the welded edges is b = (0.1 ÷ 0.4) β, where β is the thickness of the welded edges.

Способ импульсно-дуговой сварки плавящимся электродом алюминиевых сплавов большой толщины двусторонним швом, включающий формирование X-образного профиля свариваемых кромок, причем каждая из кромок содержит центральный линейный участок, соединенный дугообразными участками с наклоненными линейными наружными участками, выполнение многопроходной сварки с утолщением шва, отличающийся тем, что дугообразный участок выполняют радиусом R=(0,30÷0,50)β, толщину центрального линейного участка выполняют в пределах c=(0,05÷0,10)β, а расстояние от границы утолщения шва до свариваемых кромок составляет b=(0,1÷0,4)β, где β - толщина свариваемых кромок.
