Abstract
Способ стабилизации геометрических параметров маложестких валов, включающий статическое силовое воздействие на вал в процессе полного цикла термообработки, который разделяют на подциклы, в течение каждого из подциклов прикладывают статическое силовое воздействие в виде закручивания в пределах выбранного с учетом гармоник колебаний вала, управление пределом текучести при статическом силовом воздействии производят путем регулирования температурного воздействия на участок заготовки, отличающийся тем, что с одной стороны вал закрепляют жестко, а с другой - с возможностью осевого принудительного перемещения, статическое растяжение вала производят в течение всего цикла обработки, закручивание соседних обрабатываемых участков ведут в противоположных направлениях, причем напряжения от растяжения не должны превышать предел текучести, а напряжения от совместного действия растяжения и закручивания должны превышать предел текучести материала вала, после цикла нагрева производят последующее охлаждение участка до температур окончания фазовых переходов, длина участка охлаждения равна половине длины участка нагрева.A method of stabilizing the geometric parameters of low-rigid shafts, including static force on the shaft during the full heat treatment cycle, which is divided into sub-cycles, during each of the sub-cycles, static force is applied in the form of twisting within the shaft selected with allowance for harmonics, control of the yield strength under static force action is produced by regulating the temperature effect on the workpiece section, characterized in that on one side the shaft is fixed they are rigid, and on the other hand, with the possibility of axial forced displacement, the shaft is subjected to static tension throughout the entire treatment cycle, the adjacent machined sections are twisted in opposite directions, and the tensile stresses must not exceed the yield strength, and the stresses from the combined tensile and twisting actions must exceed the yield strength of the material of the shaft, after a heating cycle, the section is subsequently cooled to the temperatures of the end of phase transitions, the length of the section oh settling is equal to half the length of the heating section.
