Способ диагностики субтипа рака молочной железы, характеризующийся тем, что определяют уровень экспрессии PDLIM4/RIL в образце опухолевой ткани пациента с помощью технологии секвенирования следующего поколения NGS или методами Нозерн-гибридизации и ПЦР в реальном времени, и при снижении экспрессии PDLIM4/RIL более чем в два раза в сравнении с его уровнем в нормальных тканях, диагностируют злокачественный процесс - рак молочной железы по PIL-негативному типу.A method for diagnosing a breast cancer subtype, characterized in that the level of PDLIM4 / RIL expression in a patient’s tumor tissue sample is determined using next-generation NGS sequencing technology or real-time Northern hybridization and PCR methods, and with a decrease in PDLIM4 / RIL expression by more than two times in comparison with its level in normal tissues, they diagnose a malignant process - breast cancer by PIL-negative type.

Способ диагностики субтипа рака молочной железы, характеризующийся тем, что определяют уровень экспрессии PDLIM4/RIL в образце опухолевой ткани пациента с помощью технологии секвенирования следующего поколения NGS или методами Нозерн-гибридизации и ПЦР в реальном времени, и при снижении экспрессии PDLIM4/RIL более чем в два раза в сравнении с его уровнем в нормальных тканях, диагностируют злокачественный процесс - рак молочной железы по PIL-негативному типу.
