Способ оценки увлажненности местности методом Томлейна, использующего разность между испаряемостью и суммой осадков за изучаемый период, и Селянинова, включающего отношение количества осадков и сумм активных температур, отличающийся тем, что при анализе погодных условий использованы относительная влажность воздуха, сумма активных температур, количество осадков и испаряемость, на основе которых разработан новый комплексный показатель (Кпум) и составлена шкала для определения увлажненности местности.The method of assessing the moisture content of the area by the Tomlane method, using the difference between evaporation and the amount of precipitation for the studied period, and Selyaninov, including the ratio of the amount of precipitation and the sum of active temperatures, characterized in that in the analysis of weather conditions the relative air humidity, the sum of active temperatures, the amount of precipitation and volatility, on the basis of which a new complex indicator (Kpum) was developed and a scale was compiled to determine the moisture content of the area.
