Abstract
1. Способ очистки от нефти и нефтепродуктов морских и пресноводных объектов и экосистем, в частности поверхности водоемов от плавающей нефти, толщи воды от растворенных углеводородов, донных отложений и береговой зоны от осажденной нефти, включающий контактирование подлежащих разложению углеводородов нефти со штаммами, адаптированными к холоду, обладающими различными зонами температурной толерантности и толерантности к солености, отличающийся тем, что в качестве штаммов берут биопрепарат, содержащий психрофильные нефтеокисляющие микроорганизмы, продуцирующие биосурфактанты и способные окислять широкий спектр углеводородов в диапазоне температур от 0 до ,25°C.2. Способ по п.1 отличающийся тем, что для очистки солоноватоводных и морских объектов используют биопрепарат Soilin-S, состоящий в зависимости от состава загрязнения из одного или смеси психрофильных галотолерантных штаммов, выбранных из ряда: Pseudomonas azotoformans КМ-161 СA; Microbacterium species КМ-251СО; Rhodococcus erythropolis KM-102CA.2.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для очистки пресноводной объектов используют биопрепарат Soilin-P, состоящий в зависимости от состава загрязнения из одного или смеси нефтеокисляющих штаммов культур, выбранных из ряда: Microbacterium species КР-216O_1; Pseudomonas migulae КР-24СО; Rhodococcus erythropolis KP-718CO.2; Rhodococcus erythropolis KP-216O_2.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для очистки водных объектов биопрепараты иммобилизуют на частично гидрофобном носителе с заданным периодом плавучести.5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что в качестве носителя используют частично гидрофобный торфяной сорбент с периодом плавучести от 1 до 48 ч.6.
