Abstract
Способ размножения копеечника чайного (Hedysarum theinum Krasnob.), включающий в себя культуру ткани, отличающийся тем, что используют семена копеечника чайного, которые высаживают на питательные среды Мурасиге-Скуга (MS), несодержащие гормоны, через 20-30 суток развившиеся побеги пересаживают на среды размножения MS, с добавлением 5 мкМ БАП, 2,5 мкМ кинетина, 5 мкМ ГК (гибберелловой кислоты), образовавшиеся микропобеги, делят и пересаживают на среды, содержащие 1,0 БАП+L-глютамин и аденин сульфат 100 мг/л, чередуют среды с высоким и низким содержанием БАП через один пассаж, укореняют побеги на среде MS, дополненной 3 мкМ НУК, адаптируют к нестерильным условиям на гидропонной установке с ¼ минерального состава среды MS.The method of propagation of tea penny (Hedysarum theinum Krasnob.), Which includes a tissue culture, characterized in that they use tea penny seeds, which are planted on Murashige-Skoog (MS) culture media, not containing hormones, after 20-30 days the developed shoots are transplanted onto MS propagation media, with the addition of 5 μM BAP, 2.5 μM kinetin, 5 μM HA (gibberellic acid), the resulting microburns are divided and transplanted onto media containing 1.0 BAP + L-glutamine and adenine sulfate 100 mg / L, alternate environments with high and low BAP content through od N passage rooting shoots on MS medium supplemented with 3 mM NAA, adapted to non-sterile conditions on hydroponic plant with ¼ mineral composition of MS medium.
