Abstract
1. Способ термического обезвоживания нефтесодержащих отходов нагреванием до текучего состояния, испарением влаги при 100-150°С и перемешиванием в присутствии добавки поверхностно-активного вещества, отличающийся тем, что перемешивание осуществляют путем продувания нефтесодержащих отходов инертным газом, который выбирают из азота, аргона или двуокиси углерода; при этом вводят добавку поверхностно-активного вещества в поток инертного газа, а в качестве поверхностно-активного вещества используют продукт кислотного гидролиза соапстока - побочного продукта рафинации растительных масел, с кислотным числом 100-145 мг КОН/г в количестве 5·10-8·10массовых частей на одну массовую часть нефтесодержащего отхода.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве обводненных нефтесодержащих отходов используют: некондиционные битумы, битуминозные пески, высоковязкие нефти, асфальто-смоло-парафиновые отложения.1.
