Abstract
Способ контроля включения вводного и отключения секционного выключателей шин двухтрансформаторной подстанции при восстановлении нормальной схемы электроснабжения кольцевой сети, заключающийся в фиксации бросков тока и в измерении времени между ними, отличающийся тем, что с момента появления напряжения на трансформаторе основного источника питания начинают отсчет суммарного времени, равного времени выдержки включения вводного выключателя шин основного источника питания и времени выдержки отключения секционного выключателя шин подстанции и, если к моменту окончания отсчета суммарного времени происходит уменьшение рабочего тока, потребляемого от резервного источника питания на значение, определяемое резервируемой нагрузкой линии основного источника питания, то делают вывод о включении вводного и отключении секционного выключателей шин двухтрансформаторной подстанции при восстановлении нормальной схемы электроснабжения кольцевой сети.A method for controlling the on and off switching of the sectional busbar switches of a two-transformer substation when restoring the normal power supply circuit of the ring network, which consists in fixing the inrush currents and in measuring the time between them, characterized in that from the moment the voltage appears on the transformer of the main power source, the total time equal to the exposure time of the main busbar power supply circuit breaker and the shutdown time of the busbar busbar substations and, if at the end of the countdown of the total time, the operating current consumed from the backup power source decreases by a value determined by the reserved load of the main power supply line, then it is concluded that the bus section switches of the two-transformer substation are turned on and off when the normal ring power supply is restored network.
