Abstract
Устройство для определения концентрации смеси веществ, содержащее установленный на измерительном участке трубопровода волноводный резонатор, подключенный через элементы возбуждения и съема колебаний, соответственно, к СВЧ-генератору и блоку регистрации резонансной частоты электромагнитных колебаний этого резонатора, к выходу которого подключен первым входом блок вычислений, подсоединенный выходом к индикатору, отрезок коаксиальной линии, подсоединенный к нему блок генерации высокочастотных электромагнитных колебаний и регистрации резонансной частоты электромагнитных колебаний отрезка коаксиальной линии, к выходу которого подсоединен вторым входом блок вычислений, отличающееся тем, что волноводный резонатор выполнен в виде кольцевого волноводного резонатора, открытые торцы которого установлены в диаметральной плоскости трубопровода и направлены навстречу друг другу, отрезок коаксиальной линии расположен соосно кольцевому волноводному резонатору, причем его внутренним проводником служит наружная поверхность кольцевого волноводного резонатора, а торцы отрезка коаксиальной линии выполнены открытыми, каждый из которых контактирует с контролируемой смесью веществ и установлен в той же плоскости, что и соответствующий открытый торец кольцевого волноводного резонатора.A device for determining the concentration of a mixture of substances, containing a waveguide resonator installed on the measuring section of the pipeline, connected through oscillation excitation and removal elements, respectively, to a microwave generator and a unit for recording the resonant frequency of electromagnetic oscillations of this resonator, to the output of which a calculation unit connected to the first input is connected output to the indicator, a segment of a coaxial line, a unit for generating high-frequency electromagnetic waves and a recorder connected to it and the resonant frequency of electromagnetic oscillations of the segment of the coaxial line, the output of which is connected to the second input of the computing unit, characterized in that the waveguide resonator is made in the form of an annular waveguide resonator, the open ends of which are installed in the diametrical plane of the pipeline and are directed towards each other, the segment of the coaxial line is aligned ring waveguide resonator, and its inner conductor is the outer surface of the ring waveguide resonator, and the ends of cutting the coaxial line are made open, each of which is contacted with a controlled mixture of substances and is installed in the same plane as the corresponding open end of the waveguide ring resonator.
