Abstract
1. Посольная смесь для гидробионтов, включающая соль и сахар, отличающаяся тем, что массовое соотношение соли и сахара в посольной смеси составляет от 1: 1,5-10, соответственно, при этом на 100 кг обрабатываемых гидробионтов посольная смесь должна содержать соли не менее 1 кг, а сахара не более 10 кг.2. Посольная смесь по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что на 100 кг гидробионтов, подвергаемых посолу, в нее дополнительно вводят 0,1-0,3 кг глютамата натрия.3. Посольная смесь по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что на 100 кг гидробионтов, подвергаемых посолу, в нее дополнительно вводят 0,1-0,2 разрыхлителя.4. Посольная смесь по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что на 100 кг гидробионтов, подвергаемых посолу, в нее дополнительно вводят 0,1 кг консерванта.1.
