1. Посольная смесь по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что на 100 кг гидробионтов, подвергаемых посолу, в нее дополнительно вводят 0,1-0,3 кг глютамата натрия.3. Посольная смесь по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что на 100 кг гидробионтов, подвергаемых посолу, в нее дополнительно вводят 0,1-0,2 разрыхлителя.4. Посольная смесь по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что на 100 кг гидробионтов, подвергаемых посолу, в нее дополнительно вводят 0,1 кг консерванта.1.
