Abstract
A method of surgical correction of high degree hyperopia, consisting in the implementation of surgical action on the cornea, characterized in that initially from the deep layers of the donor cornea a convex biolysis with a diameter of 5.5-7.0 mm is cut out, its convex surface is marked and immersed in a BSS solution; then in the recipient’s cornea using a femtosecond laser in the central optical zone of the cornea with a diameter of up to 7.5 mm form a pocket with a cut at 12 hours; separate the surface and deep layers of the cornea of the recipient and implant a plano-convex lens between them, turning it with a flat surface to the deep layers of the cornea, then smooth the surface layers of the corneal pocket with a microtuper, removing residual air and liquid.
