Abstract
1. Способ производства биогумуса, заключающийся в переработке органических отходов (в качестве органических отходов используют навоз крупного рогатого скота, нейтрализованный до pH 7-8) красными калифорнийскими червями вида Eisenia foetida в количестве не менее 250 тыс.шт./м, при этом бункер первоначально должен быть заполнен на высоту не более 20 см и через определенное время повторяется операция закладки органических отходов в бункер, при этом общее количество органических отходов в бункере не должно превышать высоту 80 см, кроме того, ИК-нагреватель позволяет отделять оставшихся червей от готового биогумуса путем повышения температуры на дне бункера до неприемлемой для жизнедеятельности червей.2. Установка для производства биогумуса, состоящая из бункера прямоугольной формы с выгрузным поддоном в нижней части, тепловой рубашкой для поддержания оптимальных условий, ИК-нагревателем для отделения червей, перфорированными трубами для аэрации органических отходов, при этом выгрузной поддон состоит из двух частей, ширина одной части поддона должна быть равна ширине бункера и в каждой части поддона находится ИК-нагреватель и перфорированный трубы по периметру.1.
