Способ изготовления многослойных панелей, при котором листовые заготовки заполнителя собирают в пакет, предварительно соединяют между собой электроконтактной сваркой в заданных местах, пакет герметизируют по периметру, располагают между листами обшивок, нагревают и производят формовку и сварку заполнителя с обшивкой давлением газа, отличающийся тем, что на непроваренные участки листовых заготовок заполнителя наносят вещество с электрическим сопротивлением, превышающим электрическое сопротивление материала соединяемых деталей, и состоящее из оксида молибдена и нитрида бора.
