Способ диагностики ишемической болезни сердца методом стресс-эхокардиографии с комбинированной изометрической и психоэмоциональной нагрузкой, характеризующийся тем, что пробу проводят, используя комбинированный подход с одновременным применением изометрической и психоэмоциональной нагрузки, изометрическую нагрузку выполняют с помощью двух кольцевых эспандеров, которые пациент с максимальным усилием сжимает в каждой руке в течение 2-3 минут, при этом во время выполнения изометрической пробы проводят дополнительную психоэмоциональную нагрузку в виде постоянного психологического настраивания пациента на максимальное давление кистевых эспандеров на протяжении всей пробы.A method for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease by stress echocardiography with combined isometric and psycho-emotional load, characterized in that the test is carried out using a combined approach with the simultaneous use of isometric and psycho-emotional load, the isometric load is performed using two ring expanders, which the patient compresses with maximum effort into each arm for 2-3 minutes, while during an isometric test, additional psychoemotional load in the form of constant psychological adjustment of the patient to the maximum pressure of the hand expanders throughout the entire sample.

Способ диагностики ишемической болезни сердца методом стресс-эхокардиографии с комбинированной изометрической и психоэмоциональной нагрузкой, характеризующийся тем, что пробу проводят, используя комбинированный подход с одновременным применением изометрической и психоэмоциональной нагрузки, изометрическую нагрузку выполняют с помощью двух кольцевых эспандеров, которые пациент с максимальным усилием сжимает в каждой руке в течение 2-3 минут, при этом во время выполнения изометрической пробы проводят дополнительную психоэмоциональную нагрузку в виде постоянного психологического настраивания пациента на максимальное давление кистевых эспандеров на протяжении всей пробы.
