Abstract

Способ пластики экстраокулярных мышц с усилением методом компрессии, включающий проведение конъюнктивалыюго разреза, выделение мышцы, ее отсепаровывку, сокращение длины функциональной части мышцы, наложение швов, отличающийся тем, что края сухожилия мышцы у места прикрепления фиксируются узлами, нити от краев проводятся вдоль линии прикрепления до середины сухожилия, затем мышца зигзагообразными стежками с шагом 1,5 мм этими же нитями прошивается на отмеченную длину, больше расчетной на 1 мм, нити выводятся через края мышцы, одновременным натяжением нитей мышца сжимается, образуя компрессионный участок длиной 1 мм, нити связываются с первоначальными узлами у места прикрепления мышцы.The method of plastic surgery of extraocular muscles with compression method, including conjunctival incision, muscle extraction, its separation, shortening the length of the functional part of the muscle, suturing, characterized in that the edges of the tendon of the muscle at the attachment site are fixed in nodes, the threads from the edges are held along the line of attachment to the middle of the tendon, then the muscle in zigzag stitches with a pitch of 1.5 mm is sewn with the same threads to the marked length, more than the estimated length by 1 mm, the threads are displayed through the edges of the muscle, simultaneously m muscle tension filaments compressed to form a compression portion 1 mm long, the filaments are associated with the nodes in the original muscle attachment points.
