Abstract
1. Матрица из биосовместимого, нерассасывающегося пространственно-сшитого гидрофобного полимера, полученного путем экспонирования светом с длиной волны 320-380 нм фотополимеризующейся композиции, содержащей олигомеры метакрилового ряда, отличающаяся тем, что матрица выполнена общим диаметром от 15 до 40 мм в виде эластичной прозрачной для света двухслойной пленки, сплошной слой которой, имеющий шероховатость от 10 до 20 нм, выполнен из фотополимеризующейся композиции, дополнительно содержащей бензилметакрилат строения CH=C(CH)-C(O)OPh и метакриловую кислоту строения CH=С(CH)-С(O)OH, при этом компоненты взяты в следующем соотношении, мас.%- олигоуретанметакрилат строения:- мономер метакрилового ряда, с длиной цепочки от 8 до 18 атомов углерода строения:- 2,2-диметокси-2-фенилацетофенонстроения:- 2,4-дитретбутилортохинон строения:- 0,01-0,06,и обладает адсорбирующей способностью, способствует регенерации тканей, изолирует операционную рану со стороны полости рта, имеет эластичность и формоустойчивость при длительной экспозиции (более 10 суток) на раневой поверхности при возможности визуального контроля состояния раны и возможность удаления из постоперационной области без разрушения регенерированных тканей, а другой слой в виде рельефного рисунка, занимающего от 10 до 90% площади матрицы, выполнен высотой равной половине толщины матрицы, с образующим элементом в форме кольца с внутренним диаметром от 0,7 до 2,0 мм и шириной от 0,2 мм до 1 мм и не имеющим общей стороны с соседствующими элементами, расстояние между которыми от 0,1 до 10 мм, получен путем экспонирования светом с длиной волны 320-380 нм фотополимеризующейся композиции на основе олиг�1.
