Abstract
Способ контроля забойных параметров в процессе бурения скважины, включающий углубление скважины на интервале контроля с наращиванием бурильной колонны и проработкой ствола скважины до и после наращивания колонны, спуск на каротажной лебедке и закрепление в колонне на устье нижнего отрезка кабеля, связанного с забойным прибором, ввод в колонну через лубрикатор вертлюга и шаровой клапан верхнего отрезка кабеля, связанного с измерительно-регистрирующей аппаратурой на устье, периодическую стыковку-расстыковку через индуктивный соединитель верхнего и нижнего отрезков кабеля и измерение в процессе углубления скважины забойных параметров с помощью высокоскоростного кабельного канала связи, отличающийся тем, что, с целью упрощения способа и повышения эффективности его использования, в том числе в аварийных ситуациях, например, при угрозе нефтегазового выброса, стыковку-расстыковку верхнего и нижнего отрезков кабеля совмещают с одной из технологических операций в скважине, а именно, проработкой ствола при наращивании колонны и проводят при каждом наращивании в автоматическом режиме с использованием текущих данных бурения, а также малогабаритной лебедки, дополнительно введенной для верхнего отрезка кабеля, имеющего меньшие значения диаметра и прочности чем нижний отрезок кабеля, при этом малогабаритную лебедку устанавливают на вертлюге над лубрикатором и снабжают электродвигателем, тормозом, системой датчиков и блоком управления, а также барабаном с емкостью, соответствующей длине интервала контроля.A method for controlling downhole parameters during a well drilling process, including deepening a well in a control interval with a drill string extension and working out a well bore before and after a drill string extension, launching on a logging winch and securing a lower cable section connected with the downhole tool to the mouth of the well, inputting it into the column through the swivel lubricator and the ball valve of the upper length of the cable associated with the measuring and recording equipment at the mouth, the periodic docking-undocking through the inductive spruce of the upper and lower lengths of the cable and measurement of downhole parameters in the process of deepening the well using a high-speed cable communication channel, characterized in that, in order to simplify the method and increase the efficiency of its use, including in emergency situations, for example, when there is a threat of oil and gas discharge, docking-undocking of the upper and lower cable lengths is combined with one of the technological operations in the well, namely, by working out the trunk during the extension of the string and is carried out automatically at each extension Using the current drilling data, as well as a small winch, additionally introduced for the upper cable segment, which has smaller diameter and strength than the lower cable segment, the small winch is mounted on a swivel above the lubricator and equipped with an electric motor, brake, sensor system and unit control, as well as a drum with a capacity corresponding to the length of the control interval.
