Abstract
1. Электролит для электрохимического осаждения иридия на арсенид галлия, включающий гексахлориридиевую кислоту H2IrC16, сульфаминовую кислоту NH2SO3H и воду, отличающийся тем, что он содержит сульфаматные комплексы иридия неустановленной структуры, образующиеся в водном растворе, содержащем гексахлориридиевую кислоту в пересчете на иридий 3-6,5 г/л, предпочтительно 4,8-5,0 г/л, сульфаминовую кислоту 30-60 г/л, при термообработке раствора на водяной бане с температурой 100°C в течение 3-4 часов, до перехода исходной окраски раствора в устойчивую оранжево-желтую (лососевую), после чего в раствор добавляют деионизованную воду до исходного содержания иридия.2. Способ электрохимического осаждения иридия на арсенид галлия, отличающийся тем, что осаждение иридия проводят из электролита по п.1.3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что осаждение иридия на арсенид галлия проводят при температуре 20-65°С, при катодной плотности тока в интервале от 0,1 до 2 А/дм, предпочтительно от 0,3 до 0,5 А/дм, при значении рН электролита в интервале от 0,5 до 0,8.4.
