Abstract
Мембранный реактор, отличающийся тем, что состоит из мембранно-каталитического модуля, помещенного в цилиндрический кожух, и располагающегося между двумя газораспределительными решетками для подвода сырья и вывода продуктов; при этом с целью увеличения площади поверхности мембраны, отнесенной к единице объема катализатора, мембранно-каталитический модуль содержит несколько секций для одновременного (параллельного) проведения процесса дегидрирования; при этом каждая секция состоит из реакционной камеры с катализатором и камеры для сбора водорода, которые разделены водородпроницаемой мембраной.A membrane reactor, characterized in that it consists of a membrane-catalytic module, placed in a cylindrical casing, and located between two gas distribution grids for supplying raw materials and output products; in order to increase the surface area of the membrane, referred to a unit volume of the catalyst, the membrane-catalytic module contains several sections for the simultaneous (parallel) conduct of the dehydrogenation process; wherein each section consists of a reaction chamber with a catalyst and a chamber for collecting hydrogen, which are separated by a hydrogen permeable membrane.
