Abstract
1. Способ изготовления полимерной ионообменной мембраны радиационно-химическим методом, характеризующийся тем, что полимерную матрицу, которая находится в растворе одного или нескольких мономеров из группы непредельных циклических углеводородов, облучают ионами с энергией, достаточной для прохождения ионов насквозь через материал полимерной матрицы, при этом плотность тока ионов выбирают такой, чтобы при облучении температура раствора не достигла температуры его кипения, затем полимерную матрицу, находящуюся в растворе мономера, помещают в ультразвуковую ванну, заполненную жидкостью, и подвергают воздействию ультразвуком, в случае необходимости, проводят процесс сульфирования или фосфатирования привитых мономеров также при воздействии ультразвуком, причем в обоих случаях ультразвук имеет частоту в диапазоне от 2·10до 10Гц и интенсивность звукового излучения не менее 0.2 Вт/см.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что облучение ионами проводят до достижения поглощенной в материале полимерной матрицы дозы в диапазоне от 0,1 до 5 МГр.1.
