Устройство (200) по п.1, отличающееся тем, что закрывающее устройство для сливного отверстия (120) выполнено в виде шибера (300), который расположен под сливным отверстием (120), или в виде штанги (205) стопора.3. Устройство (200) по п.1, отличающееся тем, что датчик (220) выполнен в виде электрического датчика колебаний, датчика ускорения, датчика звука, тензодатчика, датчика силы, датчика давления или датчика положения.4.
