Abstract
Способ деперсонализации персональных данных, обеспечивающий защиту ИСПДН от НСД на стадиях разработки и оптимизации, оперирующий персональными данными субъектов, хранящимися и обрабатываемыми в ИСПДН, и осуществляющий двухэтапное перемешивание данных, относящихся к разным субъектам, используя перестановки первого и второго уровней, при этом на первом этапе исходное множество данных D(d, d, …, d), где N - число атрибутов, разбивают на непересекающиеся подмножества данных A, относящихся к одному атрибуту d, а на втором этапе перестанавливают данные сначала внутри подмножеств A, и затем элементами перестановки являются сами подмножества.A method of personal data depersonalization, which provides protection of ISDN against unauthorized access at the stages of development and optimization, operates with personal data of entities stored and processed in ISDN, and performs two-stage mixing of data related to different entities using permutations of the first and second levels, while at the first stage the original data set D (d, d, ..., d), where N is the number of attributes, is divided into disjoint subsets of data A related to the same attribute d, and at the second stage, they are rearranged d data first inside subsets of A, and then the subsets themselves are the permutation elements.
