Abstract
Безимпульсное устройство расфиксации подвижных элементов конструкции космического аппарата (КА), состоящее из корпуса, основного и дублирующего исполнительных элементов, расположенных в корпусе, подпружиненной собачки, имеющей собственную ось, которая установлена в корпусе, отличающееся тем, что исполнительные элементы выполнены в виде подвижных цилиндров, с возможностью возвратно- поступательного вращения, на которых насажены диски из изолирующего материала, в которых с двух сторон выполнены прорези под намотку проволок из материала с эффектом памяти формы, на которые периодически подается напряжение, и концы которых зафиксированы на крайних дисках каждого цилиндра, при этом один из крайних дисков закреплен неподвижно относительно подвижного цилиндра, а другой неподвижно относительно корпуса, причем внутри каждого подвижного цилиндра установлена возвратная пружина, одним концом закрепленная на корпусе, а другим взаимодействует с подвижным цилиндром, при этом в корпусе и в хомутах, охватывающих корпус с двух сторон выполнены соосные отверстия под шарики, а в цилиндрах выполнены вырезы со смещением относительно соосных отверстий, при этом качалка шарнирно закреплена на подпружиненной собачке, которая своими концами взаимодействует с выступами, выполненными на хомутах, причем между корпусом и хомутами с двух сторон установлена пружина.Pulse-free device for the fixation of moving structural elements of a spacecraft (SC), consisting of a housing, main and backup actuating elements located in the housing, a spring-loaded dog having its own axis, which is installed in the housing, characterized in that the actuating elements are made in the form of movable cylinders, with the possibility of reciprocating rotation, on which disks of insulating material are mounted, in which slots are made on both sides for winding material wires and with the memory effect of the form, to which voltage is periodically applied, and the ends of which are fixed on the extreme disks of each cylinder, while one of the extreme disks is fixed motionless with respect to the movable cylinder, and the other is motionless with respect to the housing, and a return spring is installed inside each movable cylinder, one fixed with the end on the housing, and with the other it interacts with the movable cylinder, while in the housing and in the clamps covering the housing, coaxial holes for balls are made on both sides, and in the nucleus formed recesses offset with respect to the coaxial bores, wherein the rocker is hinged to a spring-loaded pawl which engages at its ends with projections formed on the collars, and between the housing and the clamps on both sides of a spring.
