1. Летучие трис-циклопентадиенильные соединения иттербия общей формулы {(R-СН)(R-CH)(R-CH)Yb}, где R, R, R- алкильные радикалы, CH- циклопентадиенильный лиганд, Yb - иттербий, отличающиеся тем, что алкильные радикалы содержат в качестве заместителей атомы фтора и имеют общую формулу R, R, R=CF(СН), где n=2-3.2. Летучие трис-циклопентадиенильные соединения иттербия по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что алкильные радикалы в составе соединения имеют идентичный состав и строение R=R=Rили имеют различный состав и строение R=R≠R.3. Способ получения летучих соединений иттербия общей формулы {(R-CH)(R-CH)(R-СН)Yb}, включающий взаимодействие галоидного соединения иттербия с циклопентадиенильными соединениями щелочных металлов в среде органического растворителя, отличающийся тем, что в качестве галоидного соединения иттербия используют аддукт хлорида иттербия с простым эфиром, а в качестве циклопентадиенильных соединений щелочных металлов используют фтор-содержащие алкилциклопентадиенилы щелочных металлов общей формулы (R-CH)Me, где R=CF(СН), где n=2-3 или их смесь, a Me - натрий или калий.4.
