Abstract
1. Применение ультрадисперсных серебросодержащих систем, представляющих собой нанокластеры нуль-валентного металлического серебра с размером частиц 10-25 нм, стабилизированные арабиногалактаном или его сульфатированным производным, в качестве противовоспалительных, антиэкссудативных и ранозаживляющих агентов.2. Средство для лечения ран и ожогов, обладающее противовоспалительной, антиэкссудативной, противомикробной и ранозаживляющей активностями, выполненное в мягкой лекарственной форме для наружного применения в виде гидрофильного геля, отличающееся тем, что в качестве действующего фармакологически активного вещества содержит нанокомпозиты серебра по п.1 и дополнительно содержит карбомер в качестве гидрофильной основы, а также триэтаноламин, глицерин или 1,2-пропиленгликоль и воду очищенную при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:3. Применение средства по п.2 для лечения ран и ожогов у нуждающегося субъекта.1.
