Abstract
1. Высокопрочный стальной лист, обладающий превосходной способностью к термическому упрочнению и формуемостью, отличающийся тем, что сталь имеет химический состав, содержащий 0,0010-0,0040 мас.% С, не более 0,05 мас.% Si, 0,1-1,0 мас.% Mn, не более 0,10 мас.% Р, не более 0,03 мас.% S, 0,01-0,10 мас.% Al, не более 0,0050 мас.% N, 0,005-0,050 мас.% Ti, остальное - Fe и неизбежные примеси, и удовлетворяющий соотношениям (Ti-3,4·N-1,5·S)/C≤6,0 и Mn/С≥100, и лист имеет прочность при растяжении (TS) не менее 340 МПа, показатель термического упрочнения (ВН) не менее 30 МПа, равномерное относительное удлинение (Е1) не менее 18% и удлинение при текучести после ускоренного старения (YP-E1) не более 1,0%,где химические символы представляют содержание в стали соответствующих элементов в мас.%.2.
