Abstract
1. Способ получения углеводородных бензиновых фракций из синтез-газа, разбавленного азотом и диоксидом углерода, имеющего объемное отношение Н/(СО+СО), равное 1-3, путем контактирования газа при температуре 360-440°С и давлении 40-100 атм с бифункциональным катализатором, содержащим цеолит со структурой ZSM-5 или ZSM-11, в составе которого имеется железо в количестве от 0,1 до 1 мас.%, и металлоксидный компонент, состоящий из оксидов Zn, Cr и W, при циркуляции газового потока после реактора, отличающийся тем, что содержание Nв синтез-газе составляет от 10 до 20 об.%, а содержание СОсоставляет от 1 до 15 об.%, при этом суммарное содержание Nи COв синтез-газе составляет не более 30 об.%, а объемное соотношение компонентов (Н-СО)/(СО+СО) находится в пределах 1,7-2,3, процесс конверсии синтез-газа проводят при кратности циркуляции не менее 15.2. Способ получения углеводородных бензиновых фракций из синтез-газа, разбавленного азотом и диоксидом углерода, имеющего объемное отношение Н/(СО+СО), равное 1-3, путем контактирования газа при температуре 360-440°С и давлении 40-100 атм с бифункциональным катализатором, содержащим цеолит со структурой ZSM-5 и металлоксидный компонент, состоящий из оксидов Zn, Cr и W, при циркуляции газового потока после реактора, отличающийся тем, что поток синтез-газа, имеющего объемное соотношение компонентов (Н-СО)/(СО+СО) меньше 1,7, с содержанием Nот 20 до 30 об.% и содержанием СОот 1 до 15 об.% делят на два потока, затем из первого потока выделяют Ни добавляют во второй поток в количестве, позволяющем снизить содержание Nво втором потоке до концентрации ниже 20 об.% и повысить объемное соотношение компонентов (Н- СО)/(СО+СО) во втором потоке до 1,7-2,3, кото�1.
