Энергетическая установка, содержащая турбину, электрогенератор, камеру сгорания, элемент подвода атмосферного воздуха и элемент подвода топлива, отличающаяся тем, что в нее введены теплообменник и компрессор, при этом, турбина, компрессор и электрогенератор кинематически соединены между собой, вход компрессора сообщен с элементами подвода атмосферного воздуха, а выход его сообщен со входом турбины через полость холодной части теплообменника, теплообменник размещен в высокотемпературной зоне камеры сгорания, причем выход турбины сообщен с камерой сгорания, выход которой сообщен со входом элемента подвода топлива.2. Энергетическая установка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве турбины и компрессора применен турбокомпрессор двигателя внутреннего сгорания.1.
