Abstract
1. Силовая оболочка радиопрозрачного корпуса высокого давления из полимерного композиционного материала для устройств электромагнитного каротажа скважин, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве материала использован стеклобазальтопластик, при этом силовая оболочка изготовлена косослойно-продольно-поперечной намоткой стеклобазальтоволокна на оправку, при этом поперечная укладка, т.е. по кольцу по отношению к оси оправки, выполнена базальтовым волокном, пропитанным компаундом на основе эпоксидной смолы, а продольная укладка, т.е. параллельно оси оправки, выполнена стекловолокном, которое оплетает базальтовое волокно.2. Силовая оболочка радиопрозрачного корпуса высокого давления по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что выполнена намоткой стеклобазальтоволокна с количественным соотношением базальтового волокна к стекловолокну в пределах 1,0-1,4.3. Силовая оболочка радиопрозрачного корпуса высокого давления по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве базальтового волокна использованы директ ровинги, в качестве стеклянного волокна использованы нити.1.
