Abstract
Способ диагностики структурных и гемодинамических изменений в триггерных пунктах у больных люмбалгиями в стадии обострения путем ультразвукового исследования, отличающийся тем, что вначале у больного в положении лежа на животе пальпаторно в поясничном отделе позвоночника выявляют триггерный пункт, после чего проводят его ультразвуковое сканирование в горизонтальной и сагиттальной плоскостях мультичастотным линейным датчиком в «В» режиме, причем для сравнения производят сканирование паравертебральных мышц на контралатеральной стороне и при выявлении в триггерных пунктах участка локального утолщения мышечной ткани со снижением эхогенности, нарушения архитектоники мышечной ткани, повышения эхогенности межмышечных фасций, увеличения интенсивности энергетического сигнала и повышения скоростных показателей артериального кровотока по данным PDI диагностируют структурные и гемодинамические изменения в триггерных пунктах.A method for diagnosing structural and hemodynamic changes in trigger points in patients with lumbargia in the acute stage by ultrasound, characterized in that first, in the patient lying on his stomach, a trigger point is detected by palpation in the lumbar spine, and then ultrasound scanning is performed in horizontal and sagittal planes with a multi-frequency linear sensor in "B" mode, and for comparison, scan the paravertebral muscles on the contralateral st Ron and detecting trigger points in a region of reduced echogenicity local thickening of muscle tissue, muscle tissue disorders architectonic, increasing echogenicity intermuscular fascia, increasing the energy intensity of the signal and increase blood flow velocity parameters according PDI diagnose structural and hemodynamic changes in trigger points.
