Abstract
1. Способ задержки развития дефектов в конструкциях, заключающийся в закреплении крепежных элементов на детали конструкции и создании напряжения сжатия при помощи пружинных вставок устройства, отличающийся тем, что предварительно растягивают пружинную вставку устройства, фиксируют его в растянутом состоянии, закрепляют опорные концы заряженного устройства на противоположных от дефекта бездефектных областях детали, запускают в работу пружинную вставку устройства, удалив фиксирующие элементы, при этом пружинную вставку устройства предварительно растягивают на величину, которую определяют из условия компенсации силы, потерянной в дефектном участке по формуле:,где β - коэффициент, определяющий необходимую степень компенсации потери несущей способности;σ - напряжение в конкретной точке бездефектной области в районе рассматриваемого дефекта (при отсутствии дефекта) в направлении компенсации действующего усилия;S- площадь дефектной области, перпендикулярной направлению компенсации действующего усилия;k- коэффициент жесткости i-ой пружины в пружинной вставке устройства;n - число пружин в пружинной вставке.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что коэффициент, определяющий необходимую степень компенсации потери несущей способности, назначают в пределах от 1 до 1,5.3. Устройство для осуществления способа задержки развития дефектов в конструкциях, содержащее основание в виде лапок и пружины, отличающееся тем, что пружинная вставка выполнена в виде лапок с проушинами, на которых закреплены концы пружин, причем пружинная вставка закреплена в фиксирующей рамке, временно удерживающей пружинную вставку в предварите�1.
