Abstract
Способ сбора и обработки информации о поверхности образца, в котором осуществляют сканирование контролируемой поверхности более одного раза с разной степенью сближения зонда с контролируемой поверхностью с одновременным получением данных о пространственных и силовых параметрах сканирования и определяют по ним параметры образца, характеризующие рельеф и/или свойства поверхности образца, степень воздействия зонда на поверхность или поверхностные слои образца, а также величину остаточной деформации определяют по разности полученных значений пространственных и силовых параметров, отличающийся тем, что первое сканирование производят с нагрузкой на зонд, не вызывающей пластическую деформацию поверхности, и оценивают вертикальные перемещения зонда в процессе сканирования, на основе которых строят профилограмму контролируемой поверхности и определяют параметры ее шероховатости, затем возвращают зонд в исходное положение, внедряют зонд в поверхностный слой на необходимую глубину, отражающую объемные свойства поверхностного слоя, за счет приложения постоянной нормальной нагрузки и производят второе сканирование и оценивают вертикальные перемещения зонда, на основании которых строят кривую опорной поверхности и оценивают ее характеристики, а также определяют распределение твердости поверхностного слоя вдоль пути сканирования.A method of collecting and processing information about the surface of a sample, in which a controlled surface is scanned more than once with a different degree of proximity of the probe with a controlled surface, while obtaining data on spatial and power scanning parameters and determine the parameters of the sample that characterize the relief and / or surface properties the sample, the degree of exposure of the probe to the surface or surface layers of the sample, as well as the magnitude of the residual deformation is determined by the difference values of spatial and power parameters, characterized in that the first scan is carried out with a load on the probe that does not cause plastic deformation of the surface, and the vertical displacements of the probe during scanning are evaluated, on the basis of which a profilogram of the surface being monitored is constructed and its roughness parameters are determined, then the probe is returned to initial position, introduce the probe into the surface layer to the required depth, reflecting the bulk properties of the surface layer, due to the application of a constant norm load and perform a second scan and evaluate the vertical displacements of the probe, on the basis of which they build a curve of the support surface and evaluate its characteristics, and also determine the distribution of hardness of the surface layer along the scan path.
