Abstract
Устройство контроля токораспределения в анодном узле алюминиевых электролизерах, содержащее электромагнитный датчик, нормализатор входных сигналов, АЦП, микропроцессор, где выход электромагнитного датчика подключен через последовательно соединенные нормализатор и АЦП к микропроцессору, отличающееся тем, что электромагнитный датчик располагают на одном конце шеста, выполненного из непроводящего ток материала, длиной достаточной для свободного доступа к любой из штанг, подводящих ток к анодным штырям или блюмсам, в месте крепления датчика устанавливают ограничительную планку, обеспечивающую идентичность расположения электромагнитного датчика относительно штанги во время измерения протекающего в ней тока, на противоположном конце шеста, располагают последовательно соединенные: нормализатор входных сигналов, АЦП, микропроцессор, а выход электромагнитного датчика соединяют с входом нормализатора входных сигналов витой парой, выход микропроцессора оснащен UCB разъемом для считывания накопленной информации об измеренных значениях тока в анодных штырях или блюмсах электролизеров.A current distribution control device in the anode assembly of aluminum electrolytic cells, comprising an electromagnetic sensor, an input signal normalizer, an ADC, a microprocessor, where the output of an electromagnetic sensor is connected through a series-connected normalizer and an ADC to a microprocessor, characterized in that the electromagnetic sensor is located on one end of a pole made of non-conductive material current long enough for free access to any of the rods supplying current to anode pins or blooms at the attachment point yes a limiter bar is installed that ensures the identity of the location of the electromagnetic sensor relative to the rod during measurement of the current flowing in it, at the opposite end of the pole, are connected in series: the input signal normalizer, ADC, microprocessor, and the output of the electromagnetic sensor is connected to the input normalizer input by a twisted pair, the microprocessor output is equipped with a UCB connector for reading the accumulated information about the measured current values in the anode pins or blooms electrolyzers.
