Abstract
Способ термического упрочнения изделий из порошковых материалов, заключающийся в пропитке деталей маслом при температуре 80÷90°С и закалки при нагреве их в интервале температур 800÷900°С в соляной ванне, последующем резком охлаждении и отпуске в соляной ванне при температуре 350°С, отличающийся тем, что после закалки проводят сушку горячим воздухом с температурой 100÷120°С, причем закалку и сушку осуществляют дважды.The method of thermal hardening of products from powder materials, which consists in impregnating parts with oil at a temperature of 80 ÷ 90 ° C and quenching when heating them in the temperature range of 800 ÷ 900 ° C in a salt bath, subsequent rapid cooling and tempering in a salt bath at a temperature of 350 ° C characterized in that after quenching, drying is carried out with hot air with a temperature of 100 ÷ 120 ° C, and quenching and drying are carried out twice.
