Abstract
1. Ветроэнергетическая установка, содержащая лопасти, установленные на кольцевом понтоне, выполненном с возможностью вращения относительно вертикальной оси, преобразователь энергии, выполненный с возможностью преобразования энергии вращения, размещенный на платформе, охваченной кольцевым понтоном, кинематический механизм, выполненный с возможностью передачи энергии вращения кольцевого понтона на приемный узел преобразователя энергии, отличающаяся тем, что платформа содержит оснащенную преобразователем энергии надводную часть, жестко связанную с плавучим основанием, погруженным ниже поверхности воды, при этом она снабжена средствами позиционирования в виде якорей, связанных с ней гибкими элементами, кроме того, плавучее основание снабжено не менее чем тремя полупогружными плавучими корпусами, жестко связанными с ним в подводной его части, размещенными равномерно с внешней стороны кольцевого понтона.2. Ветроэнергетическая установка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что полупогружные водоизмещающие корпуса выполнены вытянутыми в направлении радиуса кольцевого понтона.1.
