Способ изготовления высокопористого абразивного инструмента, включающий в себя приготовление формовочной массы, содержащей абразивные зерна электрокорунда или карбида кремния, керамическую связку, клеящие и увлажняющие добавки и смесь наполнителей в виде алюмосиликатных полых сферических частиц в количестве 2÷200% от объемного содержания абразива и молотых фруктовых косточек в количестве 5÷250% объемного содержания алюмосиликатного наполнителя, отличающийся тем, что время хранения формовочной массы между ее приготовлением и формованием инструмента принимают равным 36-42 ч.
