Биохимический тест на основе сравнения пептидогидролазной активности в грене представляет собой тест для раннего прогнозирования продуктивности пород и явления гетерозиса у гибридов тутового шелкопряда путем определения активности цистеиновых протеиназ с оптимумом рН 3,0, 3,6 и 8,6 в грене (яйцах), что позволяет на ранних стадиях выбраковывать породы и гибриды с низким весом шелковой оболочки коконов и шелконосностью сырых коконов. A biochemical test based on a comparison of peptide hydrolase activity in grena is a test for early prediction of breed productivity and the phenomenon of heterosis in silkworm hybrids by determining the activity of cysteine proteinases with optimum pH 3.0, 3.6 and 8.6 in grena (eggs), which allows the early stages to reject rocks and hybrids with a low weight of the silk shell of cocoons and silkiness of raw cocoons.
