Abstract

Способ установления подлинности оригиналов бумажных документов, заключающийся в том, что оригинал документа, целостность содержимого которого заверена издателем, ассоциативно связывается с уникальным и невоспроизводимым аутентификатором, обозначающим право собственности издателя или его бенефициария на оригинал документа, который необходимо заверить, отличающийся тем, что посредством считывающего оптоэлектронного устройства оцифровывают вышеупомянутый оригинал документа, выделяют в документе число строк, число и расположение абзацных строк, число и расположение неполных строк, число слов и их расположение по строкам, число коротких слов и их расположение по строкам, число вертикальных элементов и отверстий в буквах текста документа и их размещение в документе, определяют данные параметры в качестве аутентификатора, ассоциативно связанного с оригиналом документа, отправляют аутентификатор в БД1, используя второе считывающее оптоэлектронное устройство, подключенное непосредственно или посредством сети к защищенной, локальной или удаленной компьютерной регистрирующей системе БД2, отправляют оригинал документа и ассоциативно связанный с ним аутентификатор в БД2, где всю добавленную информацию регистрируют и помечают штампом дата/время, после чего она является недоступной для изменения и перезаписывания, для последующего доказательства подлинности оригинального документа выполняют сопоставление и сравнение между вышеупомянутыми аутентификаторами оригинала и его логических копий, сохраненных в заархивированном виде в регистрирующей системе БД2 по адресу ассоциативно связанного аутентифи�The method of establishing the authenticity of the original paper documents, namely, that the original document, the integrity of the contents of which is certified by the publisher, is associated with a unique and non-reproducible authenticator, indicating the ownership of the publisher or its beneficiary to the original document, which must be certified, characterized in that by reading optoelectronic devices digitize the aforementioned original document, highlight the number of lines in the document, the number and location of the spacing lines, the number and location of incomplete lines, the number of words and their arrangement in lines, the number of short words and their arrangement in lines, the number of vertical elements and holes in the letters of the text of the document and their placement in the document, determine these parameters as an authenticator associated with with the original document, the authenticator is sent to DB1 using a second reading optoelectronic device connected directly or via a network to a secure, local or remote computer register To the DB2 system, the original document and the associated authenticator are sent to DB2, where all added information is recorded and stamped with a date / time stamp, after which it is inaccessible for modification and rewriting, for subsequent proof of the authenticity of the original document, comparison and comparison between the above authenticators of the original and its logical copies stored in archived form in the registration system DB2 at the address of the associated authentication
