Abstract
1. Способ получения полимерного концентрата с нанодобавками, включающий приготовление сухого порошкообразного материала, приготовление, по меньшей мере, одной добавки для модификации наноразмерного материала, интенсивное смешение компонентов для получения полимерного концентрата в смесительном устройстве сильного сдвига без добавления воды и растворителя, отличающийся тем, что в качестве сухого порошкообразного наноразмерного материала используют углеродные многостенные нанотрубки (УНТ), при этом перед смешением компонентов осуществляют сушку УНТ в вакуумном сушильном шкафу при температуре 145-155°С в течение 2-2,5 ч с последующим сухим шаржированием с гранулами полиолефинов в ротационном перемешивающем устройстве в течение 1,5 ч при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: полиолефины - 10, модифицированные УНТ - 0,01-0,1.2. Способ получения полимерного концентрата с нанодобавками по п.1, отличающийся тем, что смешение компонентов осуществляют в экструдере в течение 0,5 ч при температуре 120°С, при давлении 0,2-4 МПа.1.
