Способ определения вертикального профиля ветра в атмосфере, основанный на излучении непрерывных когерентных немодулированных волн в различных направлениях зондирования, регистрации излучения, отраженного неоднородностями увлекаемыми ветром, и получении из него доплеровских сигналов, отличающийся тем, что излучают на нескольких длинах волн, которые по разному ослабляются газами атмосферы, информацию о профиле ветра на нижних высотах получают из доплеровских сигналов при больших значениях ослабления, а информацию о профиле на больших высотах получают из доплеровских сигналов, полученных при меньших значениях ослабления с учетом известного профиля ветра на нижних высотах.2.
