Способ пункционного формирования глобулярного скаффолда, при котором осуществляется доступ к полости в ткани или органе, отличающийся тем, что осуществляется пункционный доступ, введение в полость биосовместимых нитей с поглощающим покрытием, спекание биосовместимых нитей с поглощающим покрытием с помощью лазерного излучения, путем введения в полость и перемещения в ней лазерного волокна.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что поглощающее покрытие формируется с помощью наночастиц благородных металлов.3.
