Abstract
1. Способ наполнения тонкостенной емкости с крышкой, открываемой при употреблении, в частности, консервной банки,- нуждающейся во внутреннем давлении для достижения необходимой прочности в наполненном закрытом состоянии,- плотно закупориваемой после наполнения крышкой, открываемой при употреблении, и- заполняемой перед плотным закупориванием первым жидким или твердым при комнатной температуре загружаемым продуктом, причем первый загружаемый продукт занимает часть общего объема емкости, так что в качестве газового пространства остается разница между общим объемом газа и объемом первого загружаемого продукта, и материалом, служащим при комнатной температуре в качестве сжатого газа,отличающийся тем, что наряду с первым твердым или жидким загружаемым продуктом в емкость в качестве дополнительного загружаемого продукта загружается твердый диоксид углерода, причем диоксид углерода после герметичного закупоривания тонкостенной емкости образует сжатый газ, и количество сухого льда, отнесенное к газовому пространству, составляет 1-4 г/л.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что содержит следующие стадии:- приготовление тонкостенного корпуса консервной банки,- заполнение тонкостенного корпуса консервной банки загружаемым продуктом,- наполнение тонкостенного корпуса консервной банки определенным количеством сухого льда и- газонепроницаемая закупорка тонкостенного корпуса консервной банки крышкой для банки в пределах максимум 500 сек после наполнения тонкостенного корпуса консервной банки сухим льдом.3.
